We are excited to announce the second
annual Design Green Project!
Enter
today!
Last year alone, designers around
the world helped raise over USD$10,000.00
and plant over 8,100 trees. Many
designers across the United States
received fluorescent light bulbs
to replace their old bulbs. In addition,
all designers had a tree planted
in their name through the
Trees
for the Future organization.
The Design Green Project was inaugurated
to give designers and artists an
outlet to participate in a one-of-a-kind
project by being part of the solution,
rather than the problem, of the
Global Warming Crisis. This project,
in summary, is a design competition
and a way to raise money for a good
cause – the
StopGlobalWarming.org
fund. 50% of all proceeds are donated
to this cause. Additionally, every
entrant (within the United States)
received a fluorescent light bulb
and trees planted in their name.
